I love this clever Foursquare tactic from the folks in charge of travel and tourism in Pennsylvania. It is one more answer to the question “How can I use foursquare for marketing?”  I’d imagine February 2nd is the high holiday for PA tourism. They have leveraged location-based services to increase the noise and web presence around Groundhog Day today. P.S. Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow today so expect an early Spring.
